About Evan Pratt

Senior Political Science student at Appalachian State University with a strong interest in public service, political engagement, and strategic communications. I bring creativity, leadership, and a results-oriented mindset to every role I take on, with experience spanning campus leadership, political organizations, and media.I served for two years as Vice President of Communications for the Interfraternity Council, leading public relations and social media strategy, and I currently serve as an Appalachian State Ambassador, handpicked to represent the university and the Office of the Chancellor. I am also a member of the Order of Omega honor society and Delta Tau Delta fraternity, where I have held multiple leadership roles, including Design Director and Alumni Director. In addition, I serve as Outreach Director for the College Republicans, am an active member of Turning Point USA, and previously worked as a graphics contributor for The Appalachian newspaper. I am passionate about effective communication, leadership development, and contributing meaningfully to the communities and institutions I serve.

   Tasked with organizing, planning, and advertising various Appalachian Student Ambassador events on campus. One such event is the annual NEERly Naked Mile, a part of Homecoming Week to raise awareness and to provide aid and clothes to the unhoused population of Boone.
