Conducted a comprehensive review of diverse web based EMIS models to establish an effective rollout plan. Supported the Ministry in the preparation of annual education Joint Sector Reviews. Co-led the development and deployment of digital EMIS databases iterations, EMIS governance framework and the AI enterprise architecture, advancing Malawi’s transition towards real time and technologically data-driven systems. Provided technical training to Ministry of Education teams and district council officials in education data analytics, GIS, and statistical modeling to enhance evidence-based decision-making. Co-led the National School Connectivity landscape survey and analysis to support data mapping of internet connectivity in schools and monitor end user internet quality services, driving internet expansion for marginalized schools. Supported UNICEFs data needs including multiple child deprivation data related to education, proposals, donor reports and quality assurance, annual reviews, and planning. Facilitated the Joint Program for Girls Education summative evaluation, including control school selection, and provision of technical guidance on evaluation methodology and sustainability planning.
