ABOUT EVAN WILKOFF

As a hardworking and ambitious young business professional, I am in my final year of college actively looking for a career in the sports industry. I am majoring in Sport Management with a minor in Business Administration. Over the years at Drexel, I have gained a variety of diverse experiences in the industry of sports business. With 18 months of work experience, I have learned something new which will help me be successful in the industry. I have a strong passion for the social media aspect to sports. I learned many skills such as user experience, content creation, project management and many others in my first internship with Overtime. This paved the path for where my interests aligned. My work experience through college included working with the University of Pennsylvania Athletics for two years in the equipment department. In this role, I learned what goes on behind the scenes of sports to make everything possible. After this valuable experience, I have just recently finished an internship as an Admissions & Customer Engagement Co-op for ESF Camps & Experiences. During my time here, I had the honor to work closely with the Philadelphia 76ers, Philadelphia Phillies, and the Brooklyn Nets to assist with daily tasks in order to maintain the operation of summer camps. I have stayed with the company since the end of my internship in September, and have had my role switched to focus more on the technology and social media aspect. I am looking forward to my career post-graduation and building my connection in the Sports Business industry. I value networking and think it is the key to a successful career.
