My career goals are to be a Recruiter, or operate in an HR Generalist capacity one day!I have fantastic interpersonal skills and love helping people grow and improve. I have 6.5 years in customer service as well as just under 6 years in law enforcement where I gained valuable de-escalation and conflict resolution skills. I have 4 years of management experience where I oversaw training new employees.
