ABOUT EVAN STOUT

I\'m a passionate leader with experience in risk management, operations, and team leadership. Always striving to create safe, efficient, and well-structured environments in business, events, and beyond. From the lacrosse field to fraternity leadership to managing risk in professional settings, my journey has always been about leadership, strategy, and problem-solving. As the captain of my high school lacrosse team, I learned early on how to lead by example, make quick decisions under pressure, and bring a team together toward a common goal. That same drive carried over into college, where I took on leadership roles within Sigma Chi, serving on the executive board as Risk Manager. In this role, I developed and enforced policies to ensure safety, compliance, and overall success in high-stakes environments.Beyond Greek life, I’ve expanded my experience into business operations and risk management. At the Aztec Recreation Center, I’ve supervised staff, handled on-the-spot decision-making, and ensured a safe and efficient environment for hundreds of patrons. My time in customer service, construction, and retail has also strengthened my ability to communicate effectively, assess potential risks, and keep operations running smoothly.Now, as I look toward the future, I want to take my problem-solving mindset and leadership experience into the business world, focusing on risk management, operations, and strategic planning. Whether it’s ensuring that large-scale events run safely, managing risk for a company, or optimizing business operations, I thrive in dynamic environments where critical thinking and preparation make all the difference. I’m always learning, improving, and looking for opportunities to grow in this field.
