About Evan Porter
Results-oriented professional with 10+ years of DoD/military experience and a proven knowledge of Government acquisitions, data analysis, and leading complex teams. I am fueled by accomplishing meaningful work and optimizing the strengths of my team. I constantly educate, refine, and drive myself to be better. Currently, I am serving as a branch deputy of the Technology Evolution branch within the Advanced Development division of Space Systems Command.My hometown is Waltham, MA. I attended the US Air Force Academy, graduating in 2011 with a degree in Economics and commissioning as a 63A - Acquisitions PM in the USAF. I later earned my MBA from Oklahoma State University (\'18). I have a current PMP certification and am a certified level 2 Program manager. In mid-2021, I transferred services to the United States Space Force where I serve as a Program Manager. I am always looking for new opportunities to grow in and out of the DoD.I enjoy meeting new people and learning from their experiences.
