   I transitioned into this role with Cannondale at the beginning of 2024 where I now oversee direct sales and training for an existing 37 retailers within Western PA, Western NY, West Virginia, and Ohio. My tasks include- Manage 37 existing accounts through bicycle and accessory sales, merchandising, product education, marketing partnerships, and teambuilding- Reset and restructure distribution through achievement of more floor-share in existing accounts and seeking out and opening up new distribution within new and existing markets- Work with local advocacy groups to help create consumer demand for product through better access to safe riding- Sit on eUrban and Core Bicycle category lead boards within Cannondale representing the US field standpoint. Together with global we determine color, graphic, parts spec, pricing, and unit quantities ahead of go to market- Sit on HR team as the field liaison to assist with onboarding, training, and supporting new field hires to ensure early and consistent success.
