Performed comparative analysis of Alzheimer\'s pathophysiology using bulk and single-cell transcriptomic data from three AD mouse models and space-flown mice, identifying overlapping and distinct molecular signatures, enriched pathways, and network topology between conditions.Mapped the temporal progression of Alzheimer\'s pathology in 3xTG-AD mice across five developmental timepoints, uncovering stage-specific changes in gene expression, pathway enrichment, and co-expression network structure that correlate with disease progression.
