As an attorney, I\'ve worn many hats—securities lawyer, private airplane lawyer, real estate lawyer, non-profit lawyer,\"special situations\" lawyer, debt lawyer, and yes, I\'ve even been called a \"tax lawyer\"(though I promise I\'m not).I thrive on getting transactions done—swiftly, creatively, and with positive outcomes for my clients. I\'m focused on sell-side startup M&A, guiding founders through their exit transactions. For over a decade, I\'ve helped clients navigate complex situations, from classic M&A to IPOs and restructurings, often deciding between competing routes.Beyond M&A, I support AllianceBernstein L.P. in matters ranging from private placements to debt workouts, and from litigation to compliance, which allows me to collaborate closely with in-house teams and approach legal challenges from a fresh, business-oriented perspective.I believe in working with great clients (no jerks allowed) and feel grateful to do work that\'s both fun and intellectually stimulating.My commitment to work-life balance and family balance has made me a more empathetic and effective attorney.
