About Evan Loflin
On the upstream side I managed vertical and horizontal - laterals) drilling operations in the Permian Basin and Delaware Basin as a Field Drilling Engineer / Drill Site Manager. I have helped manage drilling operations involving both water and oil based mud. I have helped create drilling and workover programs for vertical and horizontal wells in the Permian Basin. I managed workover / completion operations including, but not limited to: acid jobs, running liners, ESP installation, cement squeezes, drill-outs, and flow back.Currently I manage/supervise multimillion-dollar pipeline projects that involve up to 100 different contractors/employees and a constant change in conditions-Oversee the mechanical, civil and electrical designs of all pipeline and facility projects-Engineer and manage multimillion-dollar facility projects involving compression, large liquid handling volumes, I&E controls, pressure relief devices, high and low temperature piping, LNG extraction and other processes-Perform risk analysis, accruals, bid comparisons, contract management, cost estimation, and forecasting on all projects that I manage/engineer.
