ABOUT EVAN LAMPRECHT

I’m a partner at Altus Architectural Studios where I focus on healthcare architecture that puts people first: patients, staff, and the communities they serve. With over a decade of experience in planning and designing healthcare environments, I specialize in user-centered design that improves operational efficiency and enhances the care experience.I believe great design starts with listening. I work closely with providers, administrators, and facility teams to understand their workflows, challenges, and aspirations and then translate those insights into spaces that support healing, innovation, and long-term flexibility. My background in healthcare runs deep. My mom was a nurse and my dad was a healthcare architect, which shaped my passion for designing spaces that truly make a difference. At Altus, I also help lead our firm’s strategic planning and innovation efforts, including the integration of technology and data analytics into every stage of the design process. I enjoy mentoring staff, building lasting relationships with clients, and pushing the boundaries of what healthcare design can be.When I’m not working, you can find me spending time with my wife and our three kids, coaching youth basketball, or tackling home improvement projects.
