NPCA’s Plant Certification Program is the largest precast concrete plant certification program in the United States. •Aids in the development and revision of internationally recognized and implemented codes and standards applicable to the precast concrete industry. ASTM C27 Chairman. Active member in organizations ACI, ASCE, and ICC. •Manager of industry product committees consisting of trade and academia professionals in the development of educational and technical tools used throughout the precast concrete industry. •Provides industry representation at significant industry meetings, events and trade shows. Required to prepare and deliver technical presentations geared towards specifiers, government agencies and industry representatives.
