I chose to attend the University of Cincinnati for its strong business program. During my sophomore year, I was drawn to the programming side of Information Systems. As I progressed through my coursework, I realized I wanted to apply my business background to IT, deepen my technical skills, and understand how technology supports and protects organizations.I am currently pursuing a BBA in Information Systems and a BS in Cybersecurity. I am gaining hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript, AlmaLinux, SQL, and IT fundamentals. I am working toward the CompTIA A+ certification through Coursera.While I value self-directed learning, I also recognize the importance of learning from experienced professionals and the value of mentorship and hands-on guidance.
