After leaving the Navy a decade ago (Honorable Discharge), I found my passion for teaching. Starting in a middle school classroom in Norfolk, I spent three years fostering understanding and growth in my students before pursuing higher education at Tufts University. There, I continued to teach both as an Economics TA and during a summer fellowship where I designed and delivered my own \'Principled Negotiation\' curriculum to university students in five East Asian countries.Now, as a logistics professional and Continuous Improvement practitioner, I bring the same dedication to fostering learning and growth to my corporate role.
