Leading and managing a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to develop their skills and advance their careers. Continuously evaluating and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function. This includes implementing tools to automate financial operations to get more done with less. Through my tenure at Paubox, I have been able to drive the company\'s financial growth, improve profitability, and develop a strong financial foundation for the company. I have been able to build a high-performing finance team, and I have been able to work closely with other departments to ensure that the company\'s financial goals are aligned with the overall business strategy.
