Before stepping into my current role, I honed my skills as an Analyst at Greenwich Capital Group for two years and an Associate for 4. My experience also includes an internship at Morningstar where I designed a comprehensive sales lead generation process based on insights from 1,100 Asset Managers and their funds. That experience taught me the importance of data-driven decisions—something I carry into every project today.Back in college, I wasn\'t just crunching numbers; I was part of the Formula SAE Michigan team where we built race cars from scratch—personally crafting around 100 individual parts over just as many hours. This hands-on experience taught me valuable lessons about teamwork and engineering precision which translates beautifully into my professional life and ignited a manufacturing passion that continues to this day.I believe in connecting with people beyond transactions.
