I am a New York City trial lawyer and the Founder of Fensterstock, P.C, a commercial and employment litigation law firm located in New York City, where we represent clients in complex, high-stakes business disputes efficiently, effectively, and strategically to accomplish each client\'s individual goals. We represent companies and individuals in litigation in state and federal courts, and in arbitration and mediation, on both the plaintiff and the defense side in a wide range of industries including employment, advertising, pharmaceutical, real estate, recruiting, insurance, financial services, securities, hospitality, and gaming. Our firm handles disputes involving employment violations, restrictive covenant issues, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, misappropriation of trade secrets, dissolution, accounting malpractice, negligence, defamation, false light invasion of privacy, fraud, securities fraud, tax shelters, and conspiracy. I represent employers with their employment law needs as well as employees with their compensation packages, employment agreements, equity contracts, severance agreements, and general employment transition consulting. Feeding into my interest in technology, I have developed extensive knowledge concerning electronic discovery including emerging legal technologies. I have been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star litigator in Business Litigation in New York for the last ten years.
