I’m a Senior UX Researcher with experience conducting qualitative and evaluative research across complex, enterprise environments. My work focuses on understanding user needs, mental models, and decision-making behaviors and translating those insights into clear, actionable direction for product, design, and business teams.At RR Donnelley, I’ve partnered with cross-functional stakeholders to lead and support research efforts including in-depth interviews, usability testing, and synthesis across multiple studies. Much of my work involves connecting insights across touchpoints, helping teams move beyond isolated findings to a more holistic understanding of the end-to-end experience.While my role is research-led, I also have a background in interaction and UX design, which helps me communicate findings more concretely and collaborate effectively with design partners. That perspective allows me to bridge research insights with real product decisions while staying grounded in evidence.I’m particularly motivated by work where research has sustained, long-term impact and enjoy operating in environments that value rigor, collaboration, and thoughtful decision-making.
