Senior Estimator with experience working in both Civil and Commercial market, Field Engineer, and Geotechnical Technician.Working as a geotechnical technician and field engineer allowed me to develop a basis of knowledge in construction. I was able to visit an array of construction sites, including roads, bridges, commercial buildings, residential areas, industrial and agricultural structures. During my time as a field coordinator I worked on a project from start to near completion providing a full overview of the project life cycle.Currently as a senior estimator I am well versed in a multitude of tasks, including: performing takeoffs, developing estimates and budgets, developing schedules, document control and development, contract document and specification review, contract negotiations, resource management, engineering and design assist, drawing review and design management from project inception to completion.In my current role I have experience leading teams on a variety of projects types and pursuit models including; commercial and institutional projects(from $100k to $400million), civil construction & rehab projects($1mill to $300million),Design Build, Lump Sum/Unit Price and Construction Management.
