As a Fire Prevention Analyst with the Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA), I bring a strategic, mission-focused approach to community safety—grounded in code compliance, fire risk reduction, and public education. With over nine years at OCFA, I work closely with a team of specialists to ensure developments across the county meet rigorous safety standards that will protect the public and our firefighters. Every plan we review, and every inspection we conduct ultimately supports the men and women on the front lines—giving our firefighters the confidence that the risks they face are minimized.I also serve as the 2025 Vice Chair of the Development Processing Review Committee (DPRC). I collaborate with agency and industry partners to refine codes, streamline development review processes, and ensure that our policies reflect public safety priorities and practical implementation. My work at DPRC directly impacts how we shape safe, sustainable communities.In parallel, I serve as the Mission Command Deputy Chief with the US Army in 1st Brigade, 91st Training Division, where I am also preparing to step into Battalion Command. With 17 years of experience in logistics, operations, and organizational leadership, I’ve developed and led teams in diverse, high-pressure environments. I focus on mentorship, operational readiness, and mission execution, ensuring that every soldier, like every firefighter, is equipped, supported, and empowered to perform at their best.My career has centered on leading with purpose, developing strong organizations, and supporting those on the ground—whether it\'s an engine company rolling out of the station or a military unit preparing for mobilization. Everything I do serves the mission and the people who carry it out.
