Compensation Program Manager @Community Health Network

Program Administration: Lead Annual Merit Program, Annual Incentive Program, and Team Pay Program to include planning, designing, execution, communication, and change management for the assessment and payout, ensuring a high degree of accuracy is delivered. Work with leadership on a variety of projects which could include integration, position consolidation, and reorganization, financial forecasting. Executive Compensation: Assist with Executive Compensation, including planning, design, execution, and administration to prepare for compensation committee meetings. Develop executive compensation calculations, communication materials, plan documents and presentation materials, ensuring the highest degree of accuracy is delivered. Analytics and Reporting: Lead Compensation Reporting and Dashboarding Program, including identifying, designing, building, and maintaining compensation reporting and dashboards. Budget Management: Develop and maintain budgetary system to track, forecast, and report on budget spending for market adjustments, merit adjustments, bonus and incentive programs, and off-cycle rate adjustments. Provide financial reporting to internal teams to ensure proper budgets are maintained. Liaison with Finance to ensure they have all the required budgeting and forecasting impacts throughout the year. System Administration: Serve as the subject matter expert for all compensation related software systems. Maintain compensation management software system for proactive review of all positions in the organization. Co-lead the administration of Job Descriptions Made Simple (JDMS) system. General Compensation: Coordinate with other compensation team members to ensure work capacity is leveled across the team. Investigate and resolves tier II compensation issues as requested. Participate in other compensation and HR projects as needed.
