As an Air Force Captain with 550+ flight hours, I bring a blend of operational excellence and technical expertise to the civilian workforce. I\'ve honed my leadership through roles such as Assistant Director of Operations, Flight Commander, and Chief of Current Operations/Safety.I\'m passionate about transitioning into a career in project/program management and am formalizing my skills with Agile Project Management to prepare for the PMI-ACP certification. I am committed to continuous growth and plan to pursue an AACSB-accredited MBA to deepen my strategic business acumen.I\'m actively seeking DoD Skillbridge opportunities in project management, especially in the Defense sector, starting in March 2027. I intend to separate and fully transition in Sept 2027.
