I oversee the entire lifecycle of each startup, ensuring a smooth journey from onboarding to offboarding.\"The heart of MAFINEX\" – Building a thriving startup community: MAFINEX is more than just a workspace. It’s a community where people connect over groundbreaking ideas and innovative business ventures. We stand by startups through every phase, fostering resilience and celebrating achievements.🧠 \"The mind of MAFINEX\" – Designing outstanding support programs: Together with our partners Technologiepark Heidelberg and Innowerft, we lead the Up2B Accelerator, empowering B2B industrytech startups to thrive in areas like sales and market expansion. We also work to advance technology transfer from academia and strengthen the financial ecosystem in our region.What I love most? It’s a team effort.
