As Lead HRBP for this late-stage online marketplace, I partner with the GTM org, sales leaders (VPs) and exec team (CRO, CPO) to help teams achieve ambitious goals. I act as trusted partner and strategic advisor on team dynamics and people <> business challenges to senior leaders, drive talent development and coach managers at all levels of the organization to create a high-performing, feedback-forward team culture. I manage employee relations for 120+ team members across NALA, EMEA and APAC (~50% of company) and own performance management for my client groups, partnering closely with the People Ops & Legal teams on HR compliance. I drive development, promotion and compensation raise cycles and create and run a range of other People programs that support team engagement and retention, incl. feedback workshops, onboarding sessions, career panels, sales enablement training, DEI mentorship programming, engagement surveys, and stress management tools and guidance.
