Lead the statewide expansion of TeachNY (Teach.org) in partnership with the New York State Education Department (NYSED), driving strategy to strengthen and diversify New York’s educator pipeline.Operate at the intersection of education, workforce development, and philanthropy—advising institutions, districts, and state partners on program design, recruitment strategy, and partnership development to increase access to and enrollment in teacher preparation pathways.Built and activated a cross-sector ecosystem spanning 117 educator preparation programs, 700+ school districts, NYC Public Schools, and statewide agencies. I’m a strategy and partnerships leader helping nonprofits, foundations, and education organizations grow programs, funding, and impact. In my role with TeachNY, I support statewide efforts to strengthen New York’s educator pipeline—working with SUNY, CUNY, school districts, and state agencies to recruit and support tens of thousands of future educators.
