The service to breaking through systemic barriers and developing an equity-based strategy, most find extremely challenging. However, this is my passion and purpose. And I am very good at it! Combined with traveling and residing abroad since high school, I have acquired a unique global perspective to shape comprehensive and inclusive strategies that go beyond local or regional considerations. Through partnership networks, cultural competency, and benchmarked learning, I am inspired to provide innovative approaches and welcome continuous opportunities on trends and best practices in DEIB.
