As an intern at Agile IP LLP, I am gaining hands-on experience in the dynamic world of intellectual property law. This internship provides me with exposure to a wide range of IP matters, including patents, trademarks, designs, copyright, licensing, contracts, mediation, and litigation. Through analyzing both past and current cases, I am developing a practical understanding of the legal frameworks that protect innovation and creativity. I also get insight into the challenges and complexities that IP attorneys navigate daily, from drafting applications to handling disputes and negotiations. This experience is strengthening my legal and analytical skills while deepening my appreciation for the crucial role intellectual property plays in business, technology, and the creative industries—particularly in the biological and pharmaceutical sectors, where IP protection is essential for advancing innovation and public health.
