   As a member of the site-based Property Management team, work closely with the property manager and others site-based staff to assist with the smooth operation of the property by addressing the desires and needs of the residents, and connecting residents to supportive services and programs. Provide support, intervention and lease education to residents in need to support their ability to maintain their housing. Refer residents to appropriate services in the community, monitor the work of collaborating agencies, follow up on referrals and provide documentation to support their work with residents. Work with residents, site-based staff, and community providers to establish on-site programs intended to build a healthy housing community and to strengthen connections between residents, management and the local community to provide a housing environment where residents live comfortably. Work to establish and maintain a “community of aspiration” where residents aspire to participate in creating positive change in their own community – ultimately developing a quality standard of living for all residents in the housing community.
