Recruited to establish and lead the Human Resources function for a rapidly scaling experiential entertainment and casual dining brand and its technology subsidiary, currently operating across 7 states and 20 locations, supporting 1,500+ employees and $100M+ in annual revenue.• Drive HR strategy for a high-growth hospitality and entertainment startup, scaling the organization from 2 to 20 units and 150 to 1500 team members within 4 years.• Partner closely with the C-suite to design and execute a scalable HR infrastructure, driving organizational development, workforce planning, leadership development, and serve as the point of contact for store General Managers to guide them on employee relations matters.• Build and implement corporate and operations HR systems, processes, and onboarding workflows, transforming the HR function from start-up operations into a mature, compliant corporate model.• Promote a culture of internal talent development, resulting in 16 of 20 General Managers being promoted from original hourly team members.• Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for 18 new store openings, supporting rapid, multi-state expansion.• Spearhead labor and employment law compliance across all jurisdictions, partnering with legal counsel to develop employee handbooks, policy frameworks, and compliance standards to ensure consistency, legalalignment, and operational excellence across all states and locations.• Lead complex employee relations matters, including investigations and dispute resolution, mitigating risk and supporting consistent people practices across locations.
