Together with my team I am responsible for Talent Acquisition across Marketing, Operations, Business Development, Finance and Legal, and People in Berlin. My team of 4 is delivering on 20-35 Commercial Headquarter, country- & Launch-roles every month- implemented Monthly Business Reviews with CEO and function-specific QBR\'s with COO, CMO, and CFO where I monitor and comment on key metrics (TTH, TTF, offer acceptance, source of hires, CNPS, HM NPS, app to offer ratio etc.), explain trends & come up with strategic initiatives- interim managed the Candidate Experience Specialist team for 7 months- led OKR project \"Process Excellence\"(created and launched new process for contract creation, GDPR pratice for TA, process flows TA <> People Admin, discussion paper on impact of works council on TA, HelloFresh\'s agency T&C\'s, candidate travel policy)- helped implement TA 4.0 in HelloFresh; built Talent Acquisition Strategy Paper for Commercial- created delivery plans against headcount planning for all all functions- part of project team for TA <> Works Council relations since March 2023- planned and executed \'Talent Review\' in Apr 2023 and Oct 2023 for TA team Berlin, DACH, UK, ANZ- implemented mandatory Excel testing CS3-5 across Commercial globally- executed DNA value workshop with Berlin TA team- launched ongoing audit for offer acceptance rate globally + launched new process for how to capture all offers in Greenhouse correctly- part of project team to launch new TA website with new mapping system for all TA resources- implemented Performance Development Plans for all team members
