Performs a combination of customer and sales support as it relates to client ordering, tracking, issue resolution, and other general assistance tasks.Functions:Process incoming sales orders that arrive via various methods such as phone, email, fax, or will call.Responds to order status inquiries from clients and sales through on line methods and interacting with other departments as needed such as Purchasing, Transportation, and or Warehouse.Research and resolve pricing issues on an account.Providing Proof of delivery and MSDS support documents to Sales and end-users.Provide price quotations to Sales and end-users.Maintain pricing records for Sales.Misc. adhoc reporting for Sales and end-users.Monitor various reports for billing and shipping accuracy. Review POD documents daily for billing accuracy.Special order returns research, documentation, and processing.Process Returns and Credits as required.Process equipment repair orders.Process installation orders.Assist prospective clients with inquiries, prospect documentation, and forward to appropriate Sales Management personnel.Assist Sales with cost and availability of stock and special order items.Research special order items for Sales.
