I’m building an exceptional customer journey at Ocus. We’re transforming the way we produce images on a global scale, so I spend my day improving our process and making sure that the service that we deliver is memorable. People often say that I’m a good listener, but my dynamism is always what prevails about me. I’m in a hurry to follow my fellow workers through their path taking care of Ocus customers! When I’m not busy working on customer success, I’m probably watching the last episode of Game of Thrones, grabbing a drink with my friends, or going to a new exhibition in Paris.
