In June 2022, Xandr integrated within Microsoft)\\\\n- Independent Leadership & Revenue Growth: I autonomously manage top-tier customer accounts on our advertising platform, driving significant revenue growth. I spearheaded initiatives that resulted in a 200% YoY growth for my primary client this year. By fostering robust client relationships through regular, transparent communication, I am recognised as a trusted and collaborative partner.\\\\n\\\\n- Technical Expertise & Solution Design: Leveraging my expertise in Python, SQL, and RESTful APIs, along with up-to-date industry knowledge, I design and implement high-performance solutions for revenue growth. I optimised client data integrations, enhancing the relevance and performance of their campaigns. I also developed custom reports, facilitating seamless data transfer to clients\' cloud environments, and fostering stickier partnerships and revenue streams. Importantly, I devise workaround solutions to address my clients\' top requests when our product doesn\'t provide an immediate solution (e.g, campaign optimisation based on Google Analytics domain-level reports for buyer clients or server-side ad solutions for email marketing for publisher clients).\\\\n\\\\n- Mentorship & Team Building: As the most senior member of the Solutions Architect team, I train and mentor colleagues to become fully independent, especially during periods of changing or nontechnical management. This role underscores my commitment to fostering a learning/teaching culture and building a great sense of team, that keeps everyone energised.\\\\n\\\\n- Wellbeing and Mental Health Advocate: Having undergone basic training as a mental health first aider, I help EMEA employees navigate through the Microsoft integration, providing them with available mental health resources.
