I oversee the client and internal experience at Henrietta House, Bond Street, where we curate exceptional experiences. The expansive sq. ft. site accommodates 1,500 staff and clients daily. I lead a diverse team of over 20, including events, front of house, concierge, client services, and AV, ensuring a seamless service delivery. Henrietta features more than 80 meeting rooms, a Client Lounge, a dedicated client floor with two terraces, and versatile spaces with a capacity of 300, all boasting stunning views of London. Additionally, I am Workspace Occupancy Lead, managing business relationships and communications related to occupancy.
