As the Director of Marketing at TPI Hospitality, I bring over two decades of diverse experience in the hotel industry, with a strong background in hotel sales, marketing, and business development. Over the years, I have held positions of increasing responsibility across customer service, operations, and sales & marketing, which has provided me with a well-rounded perspective on the hospitality industry. My passion lies in creating innovative marketing strategies that drive brand growth, enhance guest engagement while fostering valuable partnerships to create win-win outcomes. In my current role, I lead comprehensive, data-driven marketing initiatives while developing and managing strategic corporate partnerships that elevate the TPI Hospitality. I am proficient at balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and thrive on delivering measurable results. I’m a highly motivated, results-driven professional who is always eager to learn and stay ahead of industry trends. I believe my diverse experience across the various facets of the hospitality business makes me a strong asset in any organization. Outside of my professional career, I thoroughly enjoy community involvement and volunteerism. Over the years, I’ve served as a committee member for organizations such as the North Central BTA and MERC, and have volunteered with the Ronald McDonald House. I’ve also supported charitable initiatives through organizations like Hope for the City, Children’s Miracle Network, and Feed My Starving Children. Additionally, I previously served on the Advisory Committee for the Women in Leadership program at Minnesota State University Mankato
