Collaborate with academic institutions to recruit talented interns and continuously refine the curriculum, maintaining high standards aligned with current best practices and industry standards-Deliver direct therapy services utilizing evidence-based modalities, focusing on holistic and integrated mental health care.Provide individual, couples, and family therapy, specializing in meaning-centered and narrative therapy, somatic approaches, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) techniques-Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care-Actively engage in strategic planning and program development to expand internship offerings, improve client care quality, and enhance overall practice reputation-Utilize integrated telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient client care, documentation compliance, and seamless delivery of virtual and hybrid therapeutic services.
