ABOUT EVA COWLEY

As an AWS Marketplace Specialist at Softcat plc, I help customers find, buy, and use software and services on AWS. I have a BA in Sociology from the University of the West of England, where I developed my analytical, critical thinking and communication skills. I have over two years of work experience in customer service and sales, including a year as a Corporate Account Executive at Softcat plc and over 2 years as a Sales / Customer Assistant at John Lewis and Waitrose & Partners. I have skills in account management, sales, relationship building, and AWS. I am passionate about delivering value and satisfaction to customers, and I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team. My goal is to grow my expertise in AWS and the cloud computing industry as well as the Cloud Marketplace space as it grows.
