ABOUT EVA CHIAM
I’ve been fascinated by aircraft for as long as I can remember, which naturally led me into aerospace engineering. Somewhere along the way I discovered a second passion, factories and robotics, and spent over 3 years supervising semiconductor tester manufacturing, learning first-hand how to translate complex engineering into production that actually works.I now help build battery factories for eVTOL aircraft, working at the intersection of aviation industry, automation, and industrialisation. I simplify complexity, optimize production, and build teams that enjoy their works and production lines that deliver. Ultimately, I’m an engineer driven by curiosity, happiest when I can see the things I build making a tangible difference.
