This includes roadmaps for aligning and implementing total reward strategies, which align with business and HR performance goals. I work with organisations of all sizes, to develop and implement tailored wellbeing strategies that are sustainable and deliver best value. I provide bespoke wellbeing practitioner advice, training and resources. I am uniquely placed as a Consultant with extensive in-house wellbeing leadership experience. I develop evidence based reward management strategies and practices in order to inform and influence changes to strategic reward and benefits design. I deliver keynote presentations to industry leaders, employee benefits and motivation events on total reward topics. Over the past 10 years, I have demonstrated a strong track record of shaping and delivering complex multi-award winning solutions for several clients as a retained in-house practitioner. Recent examples include Personnel Today Best Health and Wellbeing Award 2015, VIB Award for Best Employee Benefits 2015 and Pay & Benefits Award for Best Total Reward Strategy 2016 and People Management Highly Commended Wellbeing Award 2017. I am an accredited total reward trainer and personal tutor for the World at Work Association and CIPD respectively where I teach / mentor students from different sectors and EMEA countries.
