I work as an HR Recruitment Officer for Groupe Mentor, a company operating across 7 sectors, including food tech, HR, finance, real estate, and medicine- I’m responsible for hiring new talents both locally in France and internationally (USA, Canada, Germany, Belgium, Scandinavia)- My role consists in attracting and retaining top talent. I manage the entire recruitment process in collaboration with the head of departments. I conduct job interviews and oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires- In addition to recruitment, I am responsible for handling admin tasks, including updating employee records and drafting contracts- I also take part in employer branding, working to enhance the company’s image as an attractive place to work.
