I often joke that I am like a cat with nine lives, but each chapter in my career has shaped the leader I am today. Retail taught me how to manage operations and people with intention. Sales sharpened my communication and showed me the value of understanding the customer. Project management brought everything together and gave me the space to design systems, build governance, and bring clarity to complex environments.For the past eight years I have led cross functional projects that sit at the intersection of people, process, and technology. I focus on creating standards, documentation structures, and workflow models that help teams work with confidence and consistency. My work spans enterprise delivery, knowledge and data management, governance design, and continuous improvement. Clarity, structure, and measurable impact guide the way I approach every challenge.I am at my best in environments where something needs to be organized, defined, or completely reimagined. Whether I am strengthening self service pathways, shaping governance models, improving documentation integrity, or aligning partners around a shared solution, I bring a balance of strategy and execution that turns ambiguity into usable systems.I am completing my MBA and hold Agile certifications in CSM and CSPO, with my PMP in progress.
