I am a Certified Human Resources Specialist and I have a Bachelors in Health care Administration with a Minor in Human Resource Management.I am Staffing Consultant with Ro Health and I assist with recruiting in Florida, staffing in Los Angeles and Riverside Counties, as well as client management, sales, collections, training, and marketing. I am an active member of our DEIB Taskforce and our Mentorship Program.I am interested in organizational leadership and learning how leadership can play a part in employee morale and growth within a company. I currently have 4+ years experience working in various aspects of healthcare administration. I would like to use my experiences and interests in leadership to further my career in administration and employee development.
