About Eunice Pentil Larbi

I have a background in Environmental and Safety Engineering, with over two years of experience working in the mining and manufacturing industries. At Ghana Bauxite Company, I was responsible for conducting environmental impact assessments and developing monitoring programs for air, water, noise, and vibration. I also helped streamline incident reporting and improve workplace safety through hazard management plans and developing ergonomic training programs. Most recently, I worked as an EHS intern at The Toro Company, where I conducted safety audits, supported training programs, and helped develop an environmental health and safety management plan for the Shakopee site. Earlier in my career, I interned with the Ghana Atomic Energy Commission and Voltic Ghana Limited, gaining hands-on experience in environmental sampling and quality assurance. I’m currently pursuing a master’s degree in environmental engineering at Michigan Technological University and will be graduating in December 2025.
