I\'m currently taking the Google Project Management course. I joined the US Army straight out of high school. My basic training was at Fort Jackson, SC. I got my IT training (74-B) at Fort Gordon, GA and beginning experience in Information Technology at Fort Lee, VA. I am an IT professional with 25 years of experience and aspiring to eventually move into a Scrum Master role. I am highly skilled in both independent and collaborative work environments, with a strong ability to assess and resolve complex issues efficiently. I’m known to have excellent critical thinking, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving skills. I have shown a proactive approach to issue resolution, ensuring follow-up and attention to details. Skilled in facilitating team collaboration, resolving conflicts, and fostering continuous improvement. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), ready to apply Agile principles to enhance team performance in remote settings.
