Legal is complex. Enterprise is complex. AI is still being explored. I bring structure to that intersection. I’m Euka Chen, a product designer with 11 years of experience designing in the B2B SaaS space, specializing in enterprise AI products, solving product problems at enterprise scale.My work centers on navigating intricate systems - balancing business goals, technical constraints, and customer needs to deliver measurable results. I led the design of a personalization platform that grew a startup’s client base from 4 to 50+, contributing to its acquisition. After the acquisition, I continued leading the design efforts, helping the client base double to 100+. I\'m a system thinker that thrives on bringing structure to the early mess, and my work often starts before requirements are fully formed. At startups, I step in as the first or only designer, helping define the problem space, set product foundations, and bring clarity to both vision and execution. I design not just to ship features, but to shape what gets built, how it evolves, and why it matters - with long-term scalability and adaptability always in mind.My passion for design comes from two sources: a deep love for crafting interactive interfaces and a desire to improve usability in everyday life. These forces drive everything I do. I thrive on transforming abstract ideas into actionable designs that align teams, shape roadmaps, and solve real-world problems.
