Eugenio Jardim has become a featured guest Speaker & Sommelier at many National and International wine events. He is the US Ambassador for the Wines of Portugal and the Brand Ambassador for Ernest Vineyards.He is also and the Director of Wine Studies of the San Francisco Cooking School and a Partner at WiFi Wine Time, a recently created company specializing on executing on-line wine tasting and seminars.He has established critically acclaimed Wine Programs for many successful restaurants in the Bay Area and beyond, including Jardiniere Restaurant, in San Francisco where he was the Wine Director from 2001 to 2013. He was named by Sunset Magazine as \"2010 Sommelier of the Year\".He filmed a popular PBS weekly television series “Joanne Weir Cooking Class”, as the show’s wine expert.He helped to launch Esprit de Champagne, a small importing company dedicated to Grower Champagnes, in The US market. He has taught wine classes at the University of Berkeley Extension and currently conducts very high profile private and corporate classes and tastings on all the wine regions of the world.Specialties: Eugenio brings passion and creativity to all the projects he is involved, insisting that everyone’s encounter with wine should be fun, illuminating and exciting.
