ABOUT EUGENIO ROSSI

I\'m a Biomedical Engineer working for >15 years in the pharma & medical device market. So far I worked for different major companies in different business areas and countries covering sales, marketing and general management roles. From Sep 2011 to March 2020 I joined Baxter where I had the opportunity to build and strengthen my leadership skills across different business and roles until the appointment as Cluster Head Italy & Greece for Advanced Surgery Franchise including following countries: Italy, Greece, Malta and Cyprus. In this role reporting directly to EMEA Vice President Advanced Surgery being part of EMEA Advanced Surgery SEC Team, Italy SEC Team and Greece SEC Team I lead a multicultural team (including Sales & Marketing, Supply, Finance, Access and Medical), working with respective countries function (RA, QA, Legal and HR) and sharing my presence between Rome and Athens. In Apr 2020 I joined Sandoz Italy as Head of Biopahrmaceuticals and Hospital Business Unit being part of SDZ Italy SLT leading a multifunction team (sales, marketing, tenders) and driving the biosimilars business expansion. Since 2023 I moved to Munich as Commercial Head Biosimilars Region Europe leading a multicultural team across different countries, building and shaping commercial strategy and execution for in-markets and launches brands across 33 countries in 6 therapeuric areas.The main skills I am being recognized for are: leadership, team building, talent development, results-oriented focus, ability to understand the market and key stakeholders management.
