Pre-sales Activities: Engaging in pre-sales activities by collaborating with the sales team, providing technical expertise, and assisting in the development of proposals and solutions to meet customer requirements. Project Management: Leading and coordinating a variety of DevOps projects, ensuring efficient execution according to established schedules. This encompasses project planning, resource allocation, and continuous monitoring of progress. Budget and Cost Control: Managing the budget and monitoring costs within the DevOps area, including cost analysis, budget allocation, and efforts to optimize expenditure for financial efficiency. Quality Assurance: Prioritizing and upholding the delivery of high-quality DevOps services, including the establishment of quality standards, regular assessments, and the implementation of necessary improvements. Team Management: Providing leadership and support to DevOps Engineers, fostering a collaborative and productive work atmosphere, and ensuring teams have the essential resources and skills for optimal performance. Availability Teams: Overseeing teams dedicated to maintaining system availability and reliability, ensuring rapid response to incidents and issues as they arise. Automation Development: Managing teams focused on developing automation solutions, streamlining processes, and enhancing overall efficiency within the DevOps environment.
