Eugenio Holgado’s career experience includes Cloud Architecture, Cloud Migration, Infrastructure Management, Facilities, Networking and Telecom. Over his 25+ year technology career, he has lead companies IT initiatives including managing their voice, network and technology resources; helping them to streamline their processes and procedures; and reducing overhead costs by adopting the latest technologies available at the time for them.    Rollins is the world leader in Pest Control Services, with a national presence and over 20K Employees worldwideI was hired to provide guidance in developing the Azure Cloud footprint for the Enterprise, assisting Management to streamline the process of Azure Adoption, Identity Management and Acquisitions On-boarding for the group. Other duties include Identity Management through Active Directory, Microsoft Identity Management, ADFS, NPS, MFA, DNS, B2B, Mass Email Platforms, O365 Licensing, Disaster Recovery, AD Security and new technologies deployment.Management for the company’s Office365 platform in a hybrid Exchange 2016 environment (16K users), collaborating and providing guidance to a team of professionals dedicated to Cloud. Rollins is migrating Exchange on-prem to Office365, rolling out mandatory MFA for all users, implementing AD FS for Federation and SSO. O365 Tenant to Tenant Migrations. My day to day interaction with Rollins Management allows me to successfully work with Executives, Project Managers, System Administrators, Network Engineers, Developers, Business Analysts, System Testers, Desktop Support Technicians, and end users in the implementation of small and large IT solutions.
