Within one year I increased the membership by 75%. I am a Certified Teacher and Trainer with John Maxwell Leadership Organization, and I have a BA in Psychology and Special Education from Carroll College a Faith Based Organization: We start with you booking a discovery call to see where you are and where you want to go. We discuss your leadership skills and how they are working. Once we’ve established where you are and your goals for the future, we find the right fit for you, whether it is our group program, a “Done For You” retreat, or individual coaching. Once we have a match we provide coaching and mentoring through zoom calls once a week or bimonthly dependent on your desire for success growth:The material you provided gave me the confidence as a supervisor to lead my support staff at work.
